Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the related nursing specialty preferred
License: RN License in the state of employment or compact
Certifications: BLS required (must be American Heart Association), ACLS required (must be American Heart Association)
Must-Have: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Job Description:
- The competent Nurse practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation.
- Provides routine and complex care, focusing on long-range goals or plans.
- Develops the ability to cope with and manage contingencies in clinical nursing.
- Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers to help manage clinical situations.
- Meets expectations of the applicable Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
