License: Licensed in Georgia or via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Certifications:
- Fellowship required
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and other specific certifications are not required

Must-Have:
- General Urology skills
- Ability to perform specific procedures such as Ureteroscopy, TURP, TURBT, Hydrocelectomy, Spermatocelectomy, Circumcision, Vasectomy, and Cystoscopy
- Prostate biopsies, Fertility workups, and ESWL are also essential

Job Description:

- Provide coverage for Urology services
- Work in clinic shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, OR shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Capable of performing both surgical and clinical duties
- Handle inpatient rounding, clinic calls, and ED/ACC consults
- Provide call coverage, including in-house and beeper calls
- Average of 21 patient encounters per shift
- Ability to perform office procedures and less complex surgeries; advanced cases managed by internal urologists
- Utilize endoscopic techniques, such as Ureteroscopy
- Engage in incontinence operations and penile prosthesis procedures
- Preferred skills include Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL), advanced endoscopic techniques, and laparoscopic surgeries
- Handle instrumentations like Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, and Prostatectomy
- Provide patient care at multiple hospital sites if required
- Complete a credentialing process estimated at 21 days
