Equity Research Associate
The Research Associate will work directly alongside an Industry Analyst in an industry-focused team responsible for evaluating investments in companies globally.
Primary responsibilities include:

The salary range for this position is $155k - $165k.
The listed pay scale denotes only the pay range of the base salary and does not include discretionary bonus compensation, which may make up an important portion of the total remuneration. - Monitoring portfolio investments, competitors, and industry developments
- Building and maintaining financial and valuation models
- Engaging with company management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts

- One to two years of related work experience or an undergraduate experience that demonstrates exceptional potential
- B.A. or B.S. degree and an excellent academic record
- Basic accounting knowledge; coursework in economics and statistics is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and value investing
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling
- Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
