Senior Software Engineer with MDM
This role is open to C2C or FTE candidates willing to work in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is a hybrid role requiring up to 3 days on site.

- Implement new features while maintaining overall quality of software
- Contribute to a culture of learning by documenting and sharing technical knowledge as a developer on an agile squad
- Participate in developer communities of practice by following best practices, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge
- Remain current on relevant technology trends
- Participate in researching and resolving customer issues
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within distributed virtual teams
- Software development experience
- Knowledge of object-oriented de0sign and development
- Experience with one or more of the following programing languages:
- Java development, preferably having experience in both J2EE and Springboot.
- REST API Development experience.
- Preferably strong experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) technologies such as IBM, Informatica MDM, Reltio MDM.
- Strong experience with relational databases and SQL
- Spring Framework
- Spring Boot
- Gradle

- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Experience with version control solutions, preferably Git/GitHub
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with security best practices for software development
- Strong problem-solving skills
