Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Uses analytical skills to work with TTO leads to develop risk strategies.
Routinely interact with Government and Contractor stakeholders regarding requirements as they relate to identified risk.
Work with other program/contractor personnel, government oversight, and senior level stakeholders routinely to address issues and conflicts and ultimately facilitate solutions and mitigations.
Responsible for the integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the duties in area of system administration, configuration management, and risk management.
Understand basic concepts to be able to assist in maintaining and developing configuration management processes and procedures
Implement hardware and software version control process, policies and procedures
Update CM plan as needed
Create and Work SOPs as required
Track all deliveries of media that are received, duplicated and shipped and notify proper POC
Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint and Confluence
Basic Qualifications:
SIGNIT Experience Desired: At least three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, or similar degree, or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
Three (3) years of experience in conducting quality assurance (form, content, grammar and requirement compliance) of systems and software processes, PCA, documentation, and verification audits required.
Experience with Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews, is required.
Clearance Requirements:
A TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required; however we are able to start with Conditional Certification of Access (CCA), with the understanding the FSP process will begin shortly after start date.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
