Our vision is to be the trusted hospitality champion for iconic brands. The QA Director will collaborate
with our operations team to help make the 23 Restaurant Services vision come to life. The ideal
candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the
desire to learn and grow within a company. We're looking for a team member who shares a passion for
people, food, and beverage. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate setting and
in both high-end and casual dining. They will combine their food and beverage expertise with business
operations to help fulfill the company vision. This director will divide their time primarily being hands on
in our restaurants and also working in our Tampa restaurant support center.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize brand menus to reflect the brand's theme, target guests, and budget.
Review food preparation recipes and methods and adjust as needed to increase efficiency (e.g.,
food waste, labor) or quality of output.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create menu campaigns and promotional activity
Review and maintain recipe information for all brands accurately in inventory systems and
training systems
Partner with restaurant managers and HOH team members to improve food quality and ensure
proper food preparation procedures are being adhered to in restaurant locations
Partner with the training department to develop and maintain all culinary training materials.
Evaluate and assist in development of menu strategies
Visit all restaurant locations on a regular basis working a mix of high volume and low volume
shifts with the location managers
Validate systems and processes are in place for training, food safety, and quality standards.
Provide regular reporting on standards and visits to the 23 Restaurant Services Leadership team
Follow up on training program adherence in all locations
Perform regular audits of inventory and products received to ensure proper specifications are
being maintained

Conduct Food, Beverage, and Retail Inventory at a location once a month
Coach Managers and team members on quality standards during restaurant visits
Provide feedback to district partners on performance metrics
Review guest feedback on a weekly basis and report on quality trends to the operations team
Document internal audits and QA processes
Investigate guest feedback and non-conformance issues
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Conduct regular food safety audits at all restaurant locations

Requirements:
Fully engaged, service minded attitude
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field
5+ years of hospitality management experience
Must possess valid manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification if
required by state law.
Multiple Brand experience
Basic computer usage skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Adobe Cloud
