GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The 340B Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for Evara health. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines, optimizing the program's operational and financial performance. The 340B Program Manager works closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain program integrity, streamline processes, and achieve cost savings for the organization.

The 340B Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for Evara health. The 340B Program Manager works closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain program integrity, streamline processes, and achieve cost savings for the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Oversight and Compliance:
- Manage and monitor the 340B program to ensure compliance with federal regulation including HRSA guidelines, OPA policies, and other relevant requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and self-audits to verify program integrity and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, including purchasing, dispensing, and inventory management. o Ensure annual HRSA recertification completion for all covered entities and appropriately register any new sites.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the 340B program, including contract pharmacy relationships, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with contract terms.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the IT department to maintain and enhance 340B software systems.
- Financial Performance:
- Analyze and monitor financial performance metrics related to the 340B program. o Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation through strategic management of the program.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including pharmacies, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide education and training to staff on 340B program requirements and best practices.
- Work closely with pharmacy staff to ensure the appropriate use of 340B medications.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on changes in 340B regulations and industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve program performance, including process enhancements and new technology implementation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of an education program related to Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a 340B program in a healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of 340B regulations, HRSA audits, and contract pharmacy operations.
- Experience with 340B software system and data analytics.
