3952 Business Intelligence Director with Security Clearance

OVERVIEW: The Business Intelligence (BI) Director will serve in a dual capacity: (1) directly supporting a government customer in performance management monitoring, reporting, mitigation development and execution, and (2) leading the company's Business Intelligence Service. This role requires a balance of customer-focused expertise and leadership in driving the BI service's success. GENERAL DUTIES: Customer Support Responsibilities: * Performance Management: * The Director of Business Intelligence will provide direct customer support as the Performance Manager for a cyber security program. This support includes, but is not limited to: Developing and executing performance metrics; tracking and reporting performance against metrics; and developing mitigation plans for addressing performance challenges. Business Intelligence Service Leadership: * Service Development and Execution: * Lead the BI service to ensure excellence in program and project execution, business development, and proposal management. * Personnel Management and Career Development: * Oversee recruitment, training, and career development for the BI service team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce. * Strategic Growth: * Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding BI service offerings through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. * Business and Proposal Development: * Exploring and shaping potential business opportunities in the Business Intelligence portfolio. * Working different aspects of proposal development within and outside of the Business Intelligence portfolio. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence, project management, and customer-focused operations. * Travel: Quarterly (minimum) to Tampa, FL and future locations that have Business Intelligence assets and interests. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Certifications: * DAWIA Level II in Program Management or equivalent. * Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification. * Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
