Description:

As a 3DX PLM Solution Architect, you will make a meaningful impact by crafting and optimizing PLM solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in our product development processes. By leading manual testing, providing strategic mentorship on PLM functionalities, and ensuring flawless integration with enterprise systems, you will help grow a more efficient, reliable, and scalable PLM environment. Your expertise will directly enhance product lifecycle strategies, improve system accuracy, and support diverse teams in delivering high-scalability solutions that align with business objectives. You will be a valued member of our Internet of Things (IoT) practice and work collaboratively with our Program Manager.
In this role, you will
  • Own the implementation and optimization of PLM solutions to improve product development.
  • Lead all aspects of PLM testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of PLM platforms.
  • Provide expert mentorship on PLM process knowledge to support various project teams.
  • Coordinate with collaborators to gather and analyze PLM requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build and implement test plans and test cases for PLM systems to ensure quality and performance.
  • Manage and report on the progress of PLM projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to PLM systems and processes.
  • Perform training sessions and workshops to educate team members on PLM standard processes and tools.
  • Stay updated with new technologies, trends, and advancements in PLM technology to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PLM activities.
  • Coordinate closely with multi-functional teams to integrate PLM solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Present regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of PLM initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of PLM strategies that harmonize with the company's overall business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed (required skills)
  • A proven track record in PLM manual testing ensuring detailed validation of PLM systems
  • Expert PLM Functional Knowledge to effectively support and guide project teams
  • Proficient in 3DX PLM bringing to bear its capabilities to optimize product lifecycle processes
  • Detailed understanding of Product Lifecycle Management to drive successful PLM initiatives

Working arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in London, ON.
