Job Description:
- Take responsibility and accountability for planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care provided by the nursing team.
- Oversee overall nursing care and functions in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Provide services to ICU patients of all ages in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the individuals served.
