    Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a seasoned, results-oriented, and driven Sales Director to spearhead the launch of a new sales program. This pivotal role demands a persuasive and influential leader with exceptional analytical skills and a fierce determination to execute sales plan initiatives quickly and precisely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong "ground game," unwavering resilience, and the business acumen to cultivate and expand sales territories from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
