The Role:

The Account Executive plays a vital role in expanding AAXIS's footprint within the SMB market. You'll leverage your digital commerce expertise and relationship-building skills to identify qualified leads, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that drive success.

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of B2B solution selling experience, with a proven track record exceeding sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of digital commerce, particularly B2B/DTC Commerce and Order Management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentations).
  • Collaborative spirit with a focus on client success.
  • A natural learner, comfortable leading client discussions and uncovering their specific needs.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify Plus, commercetools, Oro and Kibo.
  • Experience within the Building & Construction Materials or Medical Supplies Distribution sectors.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with software vendors to identify and target qualified leads within the SMB market.
  • Become a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and demonstrating how digital commerce solutions, including Order Management (OMS), can optimize their business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and channel partners, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Manage opportunities and forecasts specific to the SMB sector, ensuring data accuracy for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with AAXIS leadership and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences tailored to the needs of SMBs.
