Role Description:
1. Designing and Developing ETL Solutions
Building data pipelines: Creating andmaintaining data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from varioussources.
Data modeling: Defining the structure and formatof data before and after transformation.
Developing Ab Initio graphs: Coding and testingAb Initio graphs to perform data transformations.
Using ETL tools: Utilizing the Ab Initio GDE andother relevant tools to design and implement solutions.
Integrating with other systems: Working withother data analysis and organizational tools.
2. DataWarehouse and Data Integration:
Data warehousing: Designing and implementingdata warehouses and data lakes.
Data quality management: Ensuring data accuracy,consistency, and completeness.
Metadata management: Managing metadata relatedto data sources, transformations, and data warehouse structures.
Performance tuning: Optimizing Ab Initioprocesses for efficiency and speed.
