Position Summary
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Peoria campus of the University of Illinois College of Medicine seeks a full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive health care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, including actively participating in the educational and clinical training of residents and medical students.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Teach, train, mentor, and precept residents and medical students in the context of clinical Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Consultative model allowing Maternal Fetal Medicine to attend deliveries if preferred but not required.
- Supported by 6 APPs, ARDMS certified sonographers, 2 diabetes educators, 2 perinatal nutritionists and a genetic counselor.
- Works collaboratively with Children's Hospital of Illinois and University of Illinois subspecialties.
- Develop/delivery academic presentations.
- Shared call.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mentoring and training residents and medical students.
- Demonstrated ability to produce scholarly activity.
