The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria is seeking a dedicated Academic Obstetrician and Gynecologist to educate and mentor residents and medical students in obstetrics and gynecology.

Academic offices are connectedto a quaternary care hospital with a Level I Trauma Center, one of the mostcomprehensive neuroscience centers in the Midwest, the largest children'shospital in downstate Illinois, including Jump Simulation, a world-classmedical simulation center.

- Provide high-quality clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Educate and mentor residents and medical students in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities within the department.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to teach residents and medical students.
- Interest in academic leadership roles and scholarly activities.
