Responsible for driving Information Technology sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering exceptional customer service to our Fortune 2000 corporate customers. Leveraging our 25+ year history, broad product and services solution set.

- Calling prospective corporate customers to establish, develop and enhance existing or new relationships.
- In charge of the entire account management of the customer; from the initial call, to the quote or bid, to the pricing, handling the customer service and ensuring account payment.
- Maintain and grow account base through proper balance of prospecting and maintenance calls.
- Renew relationships with past buyers to drive future business.
- Call `warm sales leads` to build relationships with new clients.
- Achieve quarterly goals.
- Achieve up-sell/cross-sell targets to enhance average order value.
- Maintain designated average of outbound calls per day.
- Work with clients to understand their business issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. (Consultative selling).
- Present promotions and special offers.
- Price products as per pricing policy, offering discounts within agreed limits.
- Define and drive the progress of account development.
- Follow-up customers requests for assistance, literature, price quotes, etc., to establish a high level of service orientation.
- Report changes in market conditions, competitive activities, and customer preference/needs.
- Work with manufacturers rep to maximize programs and in-territory relationships Handle issues pertaining to your customer list.
- Be a strong self-starter, results oriented who are driven by earning potential.
- Have an aggressive, energetic, motivated and focused with an unstoppable motivation to sell.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma required
- 3-7 Years of Sales Experience in direct or indirect model
- Strong familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure
- Proven multi-year track record of success within the territory or geography
- Goal oriented "can-do" attitude with the ability to be aggressive and persistent
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a highly motivated professional sales team
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are critical.
