Are you a sales hunter in Brooklyn, NY 11205 with excellent skills at setting appointments and closing business?

We are a 50-year-old payroll provider based in Brooklyn.

Hiring 12 Hunter Account Executives who will start in Brooklyn, NY onsite for training, then work hybrid, then eventually remote after you've proved yourself.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating appointments, converting prospects into clients, transitioning them to our Client Services Group, and maximizing opportunities to upsell additional services.

THIS POSITION OFFERS A SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS AND BENEFITS. $80k + commissions Temporary to Permanent.

Once you've proved yourself you will then be transferred to a permanent position with the company.

During the temporary for 4 months you get paid weekly + commission every month.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect on a daily basis for new appointments.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold/warm outreach strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with business owners and C-level executives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with CPAs and other sources of referrals.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to gain an understanding of our prospect's needs.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our company's services and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase the benefits of our services and drive sales.
  • Manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment of sales efforts.
  • Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales selling services. Payroll sales experience a big plus not a deal breaker if you are not. .
  • Verifiable, strong skills at prospecting for new business.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen, expert in sales processes, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
