REMOTE
First year OTE $130,000-$180,000/year
Base $80-$100,000/year base salary

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastic injection industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with account management practices is a plus
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
