Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to help us reach the next level. You are a self-starter and a doer, that is excited by the opportunity of making a huge impact on people's lives, every single day. You will be responsible for expanding our B2B customer base, including sourcing, pitching, presenting, negotiating, partnering for opportunities and selling to some of Canada's most impactful not-for-profit foundations.

You are proactive, have excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, and are admired for your excellent, dynamic presentation skills and ability to energize audiences. As a key contributor, you'll:
  • Succeed in meeting and exceeding KPI's, goals and targets, while staying true to our culture, ethics and moral framework.
  • Identify prospective client and partnership opportunities within the non-profit sector; across the breath of Stride's lottery-focused solution suite.
  • Understand your prospect's business, challenges and requirements, and clearly demonstrate Stride's value in relevance.
  • Engage in 'hunter' activities, and manage the potential client, partner and new revenue stream opportunity pipeline; from prospecting, to steer to go-live; including -
  • Demos, Proposal development, Pitch delivery, RFP's and negotiation of commercial terms within frameworks as developed and agreed with Stride leadership,
  • Bring sales opportunities to maturity and close through win-win negotiations,
  • Transition/handover to Partnership/client relationship team for future value creation
  • Regularly and accurately update contact details, activities and relationship strategies for each client within our CRM, in line with the framework provided by the business.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts and reports on initiatives and performance of the assigned account portfolio
  • Represent the Stride business at industry and trade events and conferences.
We're looking for someone with:
  • A background working in Strategic, Enterprise B2B sales
  • A hunger and motivation to overachieve, every single day.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills, a self-starter able to work independently.
  • A natural charisma that allows you to easily build relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and natural know-how to turn partnerships into win-win propositions.
  • You understand B2B sales and hold a track record of significant overachievement.
  • Strong ethical standards and high moral framework
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 CAD p/a base salary plus performance-based incentive plan
