What You Will Do:
  • Incorporate the Sandler Selling Process into your daily activities
  • Track and report key activities pertaining to leads and opportunities.
  • Use Prospecting Cadences including calls, voicemails, social media outreach
  • Uncover the Prospect's Pain Points
  • Work with Staley Project Management to develop quotes that our customized to our clients.
  • Present Proposals to prospects
  • Lead Sales meetings with our clients


What You Need to Have:
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and connect with others
  • 1+ years of Experience in Sales
  • Excellent Communication skills


What We Prefer You Have:
  • Experience in Technology Industry
  • Experience with Sandler Sales System
  • Experience using SalesForce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelors Degree in Business

  • Ongoing sales training built around the Sandler Selling System
  • Providing first-class prospecting tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesForce
  • Building a personalized Sales Cookbook that will ensure you meet your quota
  • Roleplaying the various techniques of the sales process with the sales team on a weekly basis
  • Individual Coaching with the Sales Manager and Business Unit VP
