Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about IT solutions, skilled in building strong client connections, and capable of driving mutual success for both the client and Intras Cloud Services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and align IT solutions to meet their needs.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Strategic Account Oversight:

  • Provide guidance and support in the delivery of IT services to clients.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics for accounts.
  • Deliver regular account reviews and updates to clients, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide value-added insights to clients.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with cloud services, managed IT solutions, or IT support is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Other Requirements:

  • Reside in the Dallas, TX area.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and in-office work.
  • Occasional travel to client sites within the Dallas area may be required.
