BIS is looking for an energetic and organized Account Management Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Brand Manager in the Sales department, you will be a critical part of our team, supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be instrumental in our success. This role is perfect for professionals who want to make a significant impact on our brand's growth.

We are a remote-first company, but you must be local to Los Angeles, CA, as we do require occasional in-person connection. Our office is located in Hollywood.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
  • Actively participate in retailer meetings, including scheduling, meeting preparation, compiling meeting notes/action items and distributing to relevant teams, and follow ups
  • Reviews retail orders for accuracy and provide external confirmation, keeping customers informed of any delays and delivery dates
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing retail inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assists in the creation of sales decks, collateral, and training material
  • Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and retail activations
  • Assist in retail project planning and execution, including scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Assist with retail onboarding and training
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data
  • Conduct market research and gather competitive information
  • Complete new product set-up and image requests for retailers
  • Create line sheets for all new collections for each retailer
  • Complete digital audit of retail partners to ensure consistency with BIS branding
  • Work with internal teams to resolve chargebacks and retail issues
  • Participate in international calls outside of standard business hours as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional business experience with experience in the sales, account management, or wholesale industry preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel, and relevant technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Base Salary Range

This position's annual base salary range is from $75,000 - $87,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and other relevant factors.
