Title: Account Manager
Business : Semiconductor / Chemical Material
Salary: Individual Contributor Level $120-140K (+ bonus), Manager Level $145 - 160K (+bonus)
Office location : San Jose CA
Travel: Domestic & International Required

About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role selling and qualifying products (mostly chemical) using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs. In addition, the position provides input and participates in marketing, market planning and technical and business development of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote chemical and material solutions in the semiconductor industry.
Identify customer needs and collaborate with suppliers to develop tailored product applications.
Deliver technical sales presentations and work closely with customers to demonstrate product value.
Manage customer relationships, track feedback, and utilize Salesforce CRM to enhance engagement.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations to drive business growth.
Support new product development and modifications to meet evolving industry demands.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of technical sales experience in the chemical or semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of chemicals, materials for semiconductor process and semiconductor process flow.
Proficiency in English (professional level); Japanese preferred. (reading, writing, and speaking)
Additional Chinese or Korean language skills are a plus.
Ability to travel frequently (domestic & international) and a valid driver's license & passport.
