As a Client Executive at Vispero you will be a field-based, direct sales professional responsible for client retention and growth through contract expansion and new product/service introductions, focusing on building strong relationships with various accessibility stakeholders and buyers including HR, IT, Program/Product Managers, Kiosk/Self-Serve Product Leaders and Accessibility Leaders.

Scope of Work

  • Account management with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth
  • Quota responsibility of $1.5m+ of contract value within a territory of major client accounts (ie., 20-40 accounts in either the enterprise space or, education/government)
  • Mastery and consistent execution of sales process/methodology
  • Account planning and territory management including monthly/quarterly customer reviews/QBRs (internal and with the customer); consistent growth within an account with information on accessibility strategy/goals and expansion of stakeholders that are able to support accessibility programs
  • Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis (including maintaining in HubSpot, Vispero's CRM)
  • Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus
  • In-depth knowledge of Vispero's products and services

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with evidence of prior success in Sales/Account Management/Growth (B2B only, please)
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations and developing multiple buyer relationships and personas
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Background or experience in the accessibility space is highly desired
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree - desired

The Typical Salary range for the Account Manager/ Client Executive role is between $90,000- $120,000 per year plus commission
