Palo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults suffering from mental health and addictive illnesses. PVBH is an 84-bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency. PVBH has an excellent reputation as an innovative hospital with caring, dedicated staff, experienced in the delivery of behavioral healthcare. Situated in Tucson, AZ, at the base of the Catalina Foothills, PVBH is minutes to Saguaro National Park and the University of Arizona.
The Outpatient Account Manager is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care through sales and marketing principles while maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This position will be actively involved in designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of company services, products, and brand. This position will be involved in discussions related to a wide variety of issues for potential sales growth opportunities and future projects while managing a variety of digital assets, marketing campaigns, digital touch points.
This position will own the development and implementation of strategies for target customer channels, maintenance of analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Working on behalf of the UHS hospitals, this position is accountable to understanding budgeted referral calls for each facility and the market overall and for generating the required budgeted referral calls.
The Account Manager is responsible for implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals.
Hours are based on departmental, and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the department head. Must reside in the state of Arizona.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of related work experience required. 5-8 years of realted work experience preferred.
- Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities.
- Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in data collection analysis and interpretation.
- Competency in computer usage and Microsoft office suite.
- Must be able to demonstrate special training, knowledge and skills specific to age groups, as well as job and/or program specific competency within the first three (3) months of training, and annually thereafter.
- Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire; PPD skin test required annually or chest x-ray every 4 years thereafter.
- Must obtain and maintain a Class 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance
