Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-centric problem solver. You'll be working directly with MealPal restaurants to ensure they have an amazing partnership experience. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for responding to restaurant emails and phone inquiries and handling various operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with our restaurant partners in a timely manner with high quality messages. This role will handle a high volume of email support on a daily basis, as well as some phone support
Identify new ways to enhance the restaurant experience, as well as to streamline operational tasks
Leverage data to proactively reach out to restaurants and to provide feedback and recommendations to optimize
Meet with restaurants in person to build strong partnerships
Negotiate restaurant offerings to ensure beneficial partnerships
Manage the day-to-day requests of our restaurant partners

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
Exceptional written skills and high EQ
Work full-time in our office in New York

Compensation:
