Within our organization, the M&S- Marketing and Sales team is responsible for the strategic development & maintenance of our customer base. You will work with a professional cross-functional team who will assist in the identification, development, and support to achieve an industry leading customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of related Industry experience/transferable skills
  • Required Travel: 25%, or as needed to cover the sales territory
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office; i.e. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint

Preferred Account Executive Skills:

  • Organized, planner, ability to prioritize
  • Ability to listen and help navigate sales
  • Adaptable with effective written and oral communication
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills

Main Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Customer Relations - Identify new opportunities, maintain, and improve the value of existing business, and grow positive customer relations.
  • Sales Plan - Create, execute, and deliver continuous improvement of the business plan with focus toward growing revenue, contribution, and customer value.
  • Bid & Contracts - Develop strategies, collaborate with prospective customers, and work with cross functional teams to establish a quality business relationship.
  • Compliance - Adhere to and role model OOCL competition compliance polices & procedures in all business activities.
  • As this is an outside sales position, a valid driver's license and vehicle is required.

  • The annualized base salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 excluding fringe benefits. If hired at OOCL, the final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we also consider internal equity as part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
