About the Role:

Were seeking a dynamic and results-drivenAccount Managerto join our growing team. In this role, youll focus on identifying and capturing whitespace opportunities within our existing accounts in the Providers vertical, driving executive relationships and revenue growth while collaborating closely with our Customer Success team to ensure adoption and retention.


This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working out of our NYC office (Union Square) two to three days each week.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, develop, and execute growth strategies to expand product usage and services within assigned accounts
  • Leverage account insights to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth, focusing on unmet customer needs and aligning them with our solutions
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to align on account plans, ensuring seamless coordination between adoption, retention, and expansion efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to gain a deep understanding of their goals and objectives
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities, using data-driven approaches to prioritize efforts and achieve growth targets
  • Analyze customer usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for additional product adoption and value realization
  • Lead the process of upselling and cross-selling, including product demos, managing pricing discussions, and negotiating contracts that align with the customers goals and our business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging challenges in the digital healthcare space
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or revenue growth roles,within healthcare or digital health
  • Demonstrated success in expanding revenue within existing enterprise accounts, particularly in complex, provider-focused environments
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, including operational workflows, financial challenges, and decision-making processes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide decision-making
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing discussions with a strategic lens
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time
