About this role/The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.
How You'll Make an Impact/duties and responsibilities
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable team (team of 3), overseeing the billing and collection processes.
  • Generate and send accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Monitor and analyze customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer billing issues.
  • Manage the credit and collections process, establishing credit limits and monitoring credit terms.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow forecasting.
  • Implement best practices to minimize overdue accounts and reduce bad debt.

General Financial Management:
  • Work closely with the finance leadership team to contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Participate in the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support.
What do you need to perform in this job / What you'll bring to the table
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., [specific software]) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English is mandatory to support global business operations; French would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
