We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Supervisor/Director to be a part of our team. This role can be located in either Denver, CO or Chicago, IL and will be an integral part of our digital media and ecommerce operations. As an Account Director, you will play a key role in driving strategy and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and team.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction to enhance our digital media and ecommerce operations.
Manage key accounts to maintain strong and sustainable relationships.
Actively participate in team activities and provide guidance when necessary.
Oversee annual planning and budget processes to ensure financial efficiency.
Develop and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPI reporting to track and improve performance.
Implement digital strategies to optimize our online presence and performance.
Engage in business development activities to drive company growth.

Requirements
Must have at least 7 years of digital agency experience
Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry and clients
Proven experience in Strategic Direction, enabling the development and execution of long-term plans.
Demonstrated expertise in Account Management with a focus on maintaining and expanding client relationships.
Experience in Annual Planning, including setting objectives and strategies for the upcoming year.
Proficient in Budget Processes, including planning, management, and evaluation of financial resources.
Strong skills in Client Relations, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
Knowledge and experience in Paid Media strategies, including planning, buying, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
Ability to deliver effective KPI Reporting, measuring success, and identifying areas for improvement.
Proven experience in developing and implementing Digital Strategy, aligning with business objectives.
Experience in eCommerce, including understanding of online retail environments and strategies.
