Job Summary:
The Accountant III is responsible for month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly close deliverables. This role includes the calculation and validation of program reserves and analyzing earned rebates for accuracy. The Accountant III will also prepare SOX controls and manage internal and external PBC (prepared by client) requests. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills to work effectively with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End and Quarterly Close:
- Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Complete monthly and quarterly close deliverables, ensuring all financial data is accurate and timely.
- Program Reserves and Rebate Analysis:
- Calculate and validate program reserves to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results of earned rebates, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate results effectively to business partners and stakeholders.
- SOX Controls and Reporting:
- Prepare SOX controls for internal and external audits.
- Manage internal and external PBC (Prepared By Client) requests, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide actionable insights to business partners based on financial analysis.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles, particularly in high-tech industries or similar fields.
- Experience in accounting functions related to revenue transactions, distributor, and OEM customers within the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle Cloud, and Model N environments is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks, be detail-oriented, and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
