  • Drive optimization of ERP-based processes and controls (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and special projects with structured documentation and team coordination.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives such as system upgrades, process automation, or new business launches.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a large ERP environment (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is required
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Excellent communication skills - able to lead a team and influence across departments
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented leadership style - knows how to build alignment and solve problems, not just flagging them
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment is a plus

What You Can Expect:
  • A highly collaborative environment where Accounting works closely with other departments
  • A team of capable accounting staff - this is a leadership and coordination role
  • The opportunity to bring clarity, insight, and influence on how the business operates
  • An open culture where ideas are welcome, and people roll up their sleeves to get things done together
