Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, manage internal controls, and lead a team of accountants. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical accounting background, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to both tactical execution and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate accounting OR at least 5 years in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, with a demonstrated ability to develop and enhance financial processes.
• Previous experience supervising or managing at least two direct reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members and fostering professional growth.

Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
