Your Adventure Awaits:

As our Accounting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You'll lead a talented team, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of arrivia.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Mentor: Supervise and guide your team in the monthly close process (cash, revenue share, credit card, debt, prepaid expenses, merchant fees, and chargebacks) and monthly reconciliations.
  • Financial Integrity: Oversee general accounting functions, including cash management, revenue share accounting, expense accruals, and debt schedules.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions and enhance internal controls.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Manage new partnerships from a revenue share perspective, ensuring strong internal controls and accurate remuneration.
  • System Enhancement: Participate in system implementations and upgrades to optimize financial reporting and internal controls, including phase 2 of Blackline reconciliation implementation.
  • Audit Support: Support the annual financial statement audit (interim and field testing).
  • Monthly Close Mastery: Assist in managing the monthly close with efficiency and accuracy.


What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including proven management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Preferred: CPA Certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
