Accounting Manager

Our client located in New Providence, NJ is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Accounting Manager position are as follows:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Masters degree and/or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
• 5-10+ years progressive accounting experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Extensive fixed assets accounting experience
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

• Full time schedule Monday Friday (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
• $95-$130k/year depending on skills and experience

• Manage all daily and monthly accounting functions
• General ledger
• Journal entries
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Monthly close
• Financial reporting
• Manage email communication to department
• Other projects as assigned
