Accounting Manager

AS Advisors Group is looking to hire a full-time Accounting Manager to provide support at our Dublin, Ohio office. This position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO). What We Provide:

• Competitive Base Salary starting at $100,000.00 - $125,000.00, pending experience.

What We Ask:

• Accounting Operations
• Complete and or supervise quality of daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and maintain the general ledger.
• Payroll Administration
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance
• Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage corporate tax filings, sales tax reporting, and support audit schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax-related filings.
• Financial Analysis
• Assist in financial analysis and contribute to cost-control initiatives by supporting the Controller with data gathering, trend analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasts.
• Provide supporting data and analysis for budget adjustments and variance analysis.
• Investor Relations
• Assist in investor relations by compiling financial data and reports for presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in stakeholder communications.

What We Need:

• 7+ years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Experience with vendor relationship management.
