Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with experience in managing teams and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Supervise the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain and manage the general ledger and journal entries
• Ensure accurate accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and cash management
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
• Proven experience in managing an accounting team
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with audit processes and budget management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
