Responsibilities:
Oversee the reconciliation of the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Execute comprehensive analysis of employee expenditures
Administer both income and expenditure accounts
Generate the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
Regularly monitor the company's financial status
Ensure timely filing and remittance of taxes and other financial obligations
Implement and manage financial and accounting software used by the company
Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools
Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Conduct auditing and oversee billing functions.
Requirements
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
Must have practical knowledge of BlackLine.
Familiarity with Concur is a must.
Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
Must have a deep understanding of Accounting Functions.
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
Must have experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
Auditing skills are essential.
Must have experience in Billing Functions.
