Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Accounting operations experience
  • Proven experience in business management, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, QuickBooks, and business management software.
  • General knowledge of the real estate industry.
