ITE has a strategic partnership with Blackstone Credit and Insurance, which includes a minority investment and a significant financing agreement to support ITE's growth. ITE seeks to invest in assets and strategies with consistent and low volatility cash flow streams through economic cycles and those with low correlation to traditional asset classes and uses a data centric approach to maximize investor value across our platform. ITE is looking for an associate with direct experience to help support fundraising initiatives to join its dynamic and rapidly growing team.
ITE has offices in NYC, Chicago, St. Louis and Paris. The firm employs over 70 people and manages over $10B of industrial transportation assets. Due to the firm's dynamic and forward-thinking approach, the capital commitments have tripled in the past three years.
Role: Senior Accounts Payable/Treasury Analyst
Responsible for full AP cycle: Review, verify and process invoices
Review and process employee expense reports through Concur, ensuring that expenses are properly documented and coded.
Working with the firm's account payable system for appropriate Review/Recording of invoices, applying allocation as per the expense allocation methodology amongst funds and management company, obtaining approvals
Monitor Management Company and Fund Invoice correspondence - Investigate past due invoices
Ensure Compliance with internal controls, company policies and best practices
Communicate effectively with internal and external vendors/employees regarding invoicing, review/approvals, and payment status
Provide oversight on daily cash movements across all bank accounts
Data entry - create and review vendor payments in the general ledger - Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring that proper coding is applied to each invoice.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Manage and respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
Process payments to vendors through check, ACH, or wire transfer, ensuring that all payments are made on time.
Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Prepare annual 1099s
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as it relates to accounts payable.
Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting per management request
Requirements
Salary Range:
Estimated salary range for this position is: $80,000-100,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience, with preference given to experience at a Private Equity, Hedge Fund manager, Fund Administrator or Public Accounting organization
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Experience with Concur and Sage Intacct accounting software a plus
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Salary Range:
