We're seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a role in crafting innovative software solutions for both our organization and our valued clients. This position offers a diverse and challenging mix of consulting projects. This role is targeting an intermediate to senior level.
The Ideal profile would have
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Has solid experience with Python - other languages are an asset.
- Has experience with ETL/data-warehousing frameworks such as Data Bricks, BigQuery, Spark, Hadoop, RedShift, Snowflake, AirFlow, DBT, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD and Restful APIs.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools for developing ML models and deploying into production, such as MLFlow, SageMaker, KubeFlow, ClearML, DVC, etc.
- Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting.

- Experience working on early-stage startups or innovation projects and ability to talk to us about growing pains resulting from early technical decisions.
- Polyglots! Professional experience in multiple programming languages/stacks is great. We are not purists in any technology, but making informed and sustainable choices is key.
- A strong interest in DevOps methodologies, operational tooling, observability and automation. We are building foundations, and we want to make them solid.
- An interest in data governance and privacy - many of our companies are healthcare-related.
