Duties / Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge or understanding in formulating short and long range resource planning requirements; analyzing trends in funding decrements, systems deployment, new programs ; performing studies and analyses regarding continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment and manpower issues
- Preparing Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and data management systems.
- Written communication skills refined sufficiently to summarize events and technical discussions, prepare recommendations and alternatives, document strategies and outcomes
- Extensive knowledge or understanding of the DoD Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) requirements and goals and the ability to train CORs on the acquisition lifecycle process.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science or related field with exceptional knowledge or understanding in technical analyses, studies or project planning and monitoring involving the design, development or acquisition of systems and implementation of associated functional changes.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department's COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
- Proficiency in various software applications to include, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook)
