We are hiring an Acquisition/Business Process SME to work in Laurel, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs - will provide salary range proactively.

Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Responsibilities:
  • Support the stand up of Pathfinder, a tool serving as a training environment and reference tool
  • Test all paths in Pathfinder, ensuring functionality and links are working and submit tickets for any issues/bugs
  • Send Path Nodes to Stakeholders
  • Review, refine and send "Admin" and "User" job aids to stakeholders for review, updating if necessary
  • Master node list
  • Create and refine User Approved Testing scripts
  • Work with stakeholders to establish paths
  • Remain up to date on any FAR/DFAR/MARS regulations, determine if changes will affect clauses in Pathfinder. Communicate any changes and their affects on nodes/paths to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain a Calendar/Timeline from now until Go-Live
  • Maintain communication with the team including, but not limited to: updates to testing/path review, issues, changes to timeline, stakeholder engagement status, job aides status, UAT scripts, demos, and provide recommendations
  • Maintain communication with Pathfinder Stakeholders including, but not limited to: scheduling a refresher kick-off/demo, questions, scheduling frequent calls, and communicating any delays in deployment or changes to the schedule

Individual Capabilities/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Government Acquisition or related field (or 5+ years' experience in federal government procurements) desired.
  • Knowledge of and experience with FAR, DFARS, and various agency regulations surrounding the 1102 profession desired.
  • Experience using Microsoft (MS) Office Suite desktop applications.
  • Feel comfortable working as an individual and as part of a cohesive and collaborative team.
  • Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates will need to be able to commute to multiple work facilities, remain in a stationary position for periods of time, and be able to communicate with and work side by side with co-workers.
