About the Opportunity:

The RevOps Systems Manager is a critical member of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic oversight of Salesforce and other RevOps-owned systems. This role ensures the seamless operation, scalability, and security of our CRM and integrated tools, supporting Revenue teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, advanced certifications, and the ability to single-handedly maintain, configure, and enhance our RevOps tech stack to drive efficiency and effectiveness across revenue teams. The tools currently utilized by the RevOps team are the following: Outreach, Gong, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Geopointe, Coefficient, Highspot, Insycle, Own, RollUp Helper, Pharos, QuotaPath
Essential Duties:
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce owner and administrator, managing configurations, data integrity, and security settings.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including advanced automation, workflows, Lightning flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Lead user story analysis and design, ensuring solutions align with business requirements while maintaining system integrity.
  • Drive system enhancements by assessing new Salesforce features, third-party integrations, and process improvements.
  • Perform data governance and hygiene, ensuring CRM data accuracy and compliance with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to support revenue team insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue teams to optimize workflows and system utilization.
  • Oversee license management and cost optimization for Salesforce and other RevOps tools.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and security updates, proactively implementing necessary changes.
  • Provide training and documentation for users, ensuring adoption of best practices and system efficiency.
  • Act as the technical expert and RevOps tool steward, managing integrations with platforms such as Outreach, Gong, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and change management processes for system updates.
  • Partner with teams across Actabl to ensure CRM aligns with broader business systems and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct periodic system audits to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and App Builder certifications (Required).
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with a proven track record of managing complex orgs independently.
  • Deep expertise in Lightning Flows, Process Builder, and Apex fundamentals.
  • Strong experience in custom development, reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience managing other RevOps RevOps tools (eg: Outreach, Gong, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Geopointe, Coefficient, Highspot, Insycle, Own, RollUp Helper, Pharos, QuotaPath) and integrating them with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to train and support end users.
  • Proficiency in SOQL to query and analyze Salesforce data efficiently.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Intelligence Package, including Einstein product suite, Revenue Insights, and Pipeline Management.

Additional Information:
  • Compensation: $110,000- $140,000
  • Work Environment: This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Actabl's downtown Denver office.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, conferences, or training sessions. This could include both in-state and out-of-state travel.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required for travel purposes.
