JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for support and fulfillment of all REV partnerships for owned events/properties including, but not limited to, signage, radio, print, digital, intellectual property, and promotional rights. This role will be tasked with supporting the sales team's efforts, and building a department to manage all REV owned events and properties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of sports marketing strategies to assist sales team in identifying potential partners and establish new business revenue for REV owned events/properties as well as external properties under the REV Sports Marketing portfolio.
  • Sales Process: Lead ideation and development of all sales materials i.e. overview decks, proposals, partnership recaps, and other internal documents that will help the sales team execute mutually beneficial partnerships based on prospects marketing objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Serve as the liaison between partners, vendors, and internal departments of REV Entertainment to fulfill contractual obligations in a timely manner. This also includes leading bi-weekly meetings with clients on an as needed basis.
  • Partnership Activation: When applicable, lead on-site activation support for live events, games, tournaments, etc.
  • Contract Management: Work in conjunction with REV legal team to manage all areas of the contract process for all REV Sports Marketing agreements - partnership agreements, representation agreements, etc.
  • Research & Analytics: Proactively provide analytical support for staff and/or partners by analyzing key market trends and identifying key metrics that will help expedite the sales process.
  • VIP Hosting: Manage REV Sports Marketing hospitality/client hosting for all necessary events - REV events, select Rangers games, etc.). This includes, but is not limited to, ticket requests, suite F&B, parking information, etc.
  • Reporting: Develop and manage department sales & revenue reporting for senior staff and executive leadership.
  • Internal Relationship Management: Be flexible and willing to work cross-functionally with other REV Entertainment departments and stakeholders and perform additional special projects as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Broad knowledge and experience in sports marketing, media, promotion, hospitality and partnership sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to C-level executives
  • Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic and a desire and willingness to learn.
  • Must have superb attention to detail.
  • 5-7 years' experience in sports and/or entertainment client management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in general business, marketing, sports management program
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, Canva, Photoshop
  • Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
