GENERAL SUMMARY
The Administrative Director of Medical Imaging reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs. Primary job function to provide the leadership and management skills necessary to develop, implement, monitor, and direct the Medical Imaging Department including Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, CAT Scan, & Mammography.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or successful completion of an equivalent High School Exam Required
Bachelor's degree in Radiology Sciences or health related field -or- equivalent experience required
Master's degree preferred
Licensure:
Ohio(R) required
AART(R) required
BLS within 90 days of hire required
Experience:
Three years clinical experience and three years progressive supervisory/management experience preferred

1. Maintains communication and a cooperative working relationship with medical staff and hospital staff in order to coordinate Medical Imaging services and obtain solutions to problems.
2. Reviews and approves recommendations for equipment modifications, negotiates contracts for new equipment and supplies.
3. Serves as a technical resource person in resolving complex problems and customer concerns.
