Administrative Analyst Supervisor
Under general direction, the Administrative Analyst Supervisor will perform supervisory and advanced, complex analytical work in the administration of assigned operations, programs, and projects. This role involves planning, assigning, directing, and evaluating the work of staff in support of the Executive Director and assigned programs or functions. Duties include conducting and coordinating research and analysis on programmatic practices and procedures, making recommendations for organizational and operational improvements, and participating in departmental planning activities to enhance productivity and customer service.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or public administration with significant experience in employee supervision and leadership. They should be adept at analyzing and evaluating programs, policies, and procedures, and capable of recommending and implementing improvements. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to represent the Section effectively in various meetings are essential. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in using modern business software and tools, and capable of thriving in a flexible, evolving work environment. Other proficiencies include:
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of the required experience, education, and training that would provide the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field plus two or more years of increasingly responsible public or business administration experience to include at least one year of supervisory-related experience .

- Research and reporting methods, techniques, and procedures; statistical analyses and various methods of presentation of data and recommendations.
- Administrative principles and methods, including goal setting, planning, program and budget development and implementation.
- Coordinate and perform responsible and difficult administrative work involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative in assigned areas.
- Analyze, interpret, draw conclusions, summarize, and present administrative and technical information and data in an effective manner
- Independently organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow-up on assignments.
Minimum Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Previous experience working with volunteers preferred.
- Previous experience coordinating work with others, and working within a set budget preferred.
- Previous experience working in the drinking water industry and related technical operations and/or regulations preferred.
