- Working through customer requirements for feature enhancement requests.
- Testing, validating and implemented new features with the business.
- Manage/coordinate the resolution of issues between the vendor and our customers.
- SRE capability, developing tools, tests, monitoring, alerting and self-healing of SaaS platforms.
- Business Process improvement and standardization.
3+ years' experience with Azure AD and related Cloud technologies.
- SAML/Federation experience.
