ADOT (AWS Distributed OpenTelemetry) and EKS Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
6-8 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud services, Kubernetes (EKS), and observability tools.
Strong expertise in OpenTelemetry, ADOT (AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry), and tracing methodologies.
Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Kustomize, and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
Design, implement, and maintain AWS Distributed OpenTelemetry (ADOT) solutions for monitoring applications and infrastructure.
Deploy and manage Amazon EKS clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Develop and optimize tracing, logging, and metrics collection using OpenTelemetry in microservices architectures.
Integrate OpenTelemetry with AWS-native and third-party observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
Experience in distributed tracing (Jaeger, Zipkin, X-Ray) and improving microservices performance.
Knowledge of multi-cluster Kubernetes management and hybrid cloud observability.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, ECS, Fargate, and containerized workloads.
Salary Range - $85000 to $110000 a year
