Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice We are looking for skilled WFM Time Implementation Consultants that have a proven track record of success. Provides varying levels of implementation services through analysis, configuration, validation, project planning and professional consultative services to clients in support of a successful implementation.
Lead WFM Consultant:
This consultant will need to have expierence in implementing the following countries
Costa Rica, India, and Panama

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with start in April/May 2025 for January 2025 go-live, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: US based time zones

Lead WFM Consultant:
This consultant will need to have expierence in implementing the following countries
Costa Rica, India, and Panama
- The WFMgr Lead Architect/Config participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and leads migration of the legacy WFM solution to the new ADP WFMgr instance.
- Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the ADP WFMgr solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Document and validate customer's business requirements and map to ADP WFMgr functionality
- Configure ADP WFMgr application to meet customer's documented business requirements
- Conduct and lead consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
- Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
Requirements:
- ADP WFMgr/Time, Core with Attendance and Accrual Entitlements experience
- 5+ years' experience implementing and configuring the ADP or UKG WFM
- Client-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Attestation configuration, providing input and recommendations as requested.
- Will have worked with the UKG Navigator tool in the past.
- Experience working with ADP NAS on Vantage + WFM builds is a PLUS.
- Experience in Advanced WFMgr modules is a PLUS
